Eric Perkins - CEO/CTO
Eric Perkins is an accomplished Software and Information Technology Leader and Strategist offering over 30 years of achievements in C-Level Executive Guidance, Strategic Project/Product Direction and Management and Technical Leadership.
He joined Monster.com, when it was just a small company of 300 people and spend 10 years working to build the IT infrastructure. We worked at all levels, designing, building and maintaining the software and systems to run the large Monster.com website with over 1000 machines in 2 data centers. At the time of leaving Monster.com the company had grown to over 7,000 employees worldwide in over 19 countries. After leaving Monster.com.
Eric has lived and worked in many countries throughout the world including China, Canada, Switzerland, Brazil, Mexico and of course the US. He has a passion for languages, (having studied many languages including French, Spanish, Latin, Portuguese, Greek, German and Chinese) and for bringing people closer together by bridging distance, language and cultures.

Eric Perkins is both a Swiss and US Citizen, fluent with several languages including French, Spanish and Chinese.
Amy (ZhiPing) Lu - Director China Sales/Marketing
Amy Lu is a native Chinese speaker and serves as Sales Director for China. Before immigrating to the US, she was a leading real estate sales person in Shenzhen China. She knew and understood Chinese customers, and how to sell to people in China.
Amy moved to the US in 2005 and began to see the differences first hand of how US customers buy and sell products and services. She is now very familiar with these differences between US and Chinese customs and is using that experience to help Chinese companies better market and sell their products in the US.
She also provides Chinese Language teaching, interpretation and translation services for Software and Internet companies.
By working with Edge MicroCloud LLC (LongDaGe division) you are gaining insight into the difference between China and Western cultures and customs along with intimate knowledge of Chinese and English language expression.
Amy Lu is now fluent in both English and Chinese and servers as our Internet Marketing and Sales liaison with companies in China.
Marc Comina - Director US Sales/Marketing
Marc Comina brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to Edge MicroCloud LLC, leveraging data to help brands better connect with their constituents on a one-to-one basis with more relevant and compelling multichannel communications resulting in greater engagement and improved customer acquisition, growth and retention efforts.
Marc has worked with many Fortune 500 companies, helping them to better know their customer and how to better market and sell directly to those customers.
His area of expertise not only include traditional marketing avenues, such as print, radio and video, but also the newer and in many cases more effective marketing and advertising media, such as online direct, social media and targeted search engine advertising.

Karen Underwood - Director US Customer Service
Karen Underwood brings over 20 years of online customer service from some of the largest online retailing companies in the US.
Karen has lived and worked in both the US and Europe, working for over 5 years for the World Council of Churches in Geneva Switzerland. She is familiar with both US and European customs, and knows the North American and European markets and customers inside and out.
More recently, Karen has served as Director for a major online US retailer, working to realign their products and marketing strategy, to provide the highest level of online support for customers. Due to her efforts the company has increase its retention rate of returning customers. As a result, the company won the JD Powers Award for Customer Service Excellence.
Karen understands that Customer Service can either make or break a company, and knows how to effective put customer service solutions into place. She is now bringing that knowledge to you and companies throughout China to help more effectively increase customer satisfaction and retain your existing customers.
