The Dragon Edge Entry Level Package is designed to give your company access to some of the latest cloud technology tools.
Entry Level Package Includes:
English Site Hosted in the US Edge microCloud: We host your English site in the US, closest to your customers, while the Chinese site can continue to be hosted in China. This gives your US customers the fasted access to your company information. (Our test show we can display your website 10 times faster when located here in the US, using our latest Edge MicroCloud Green Cloud technology, when compared with traditional web hosting technologies hosted in China) We can also host sites in the Europe microCloud to be closer to Eurpoean customers and can provide professional translations into French or Spanish. Professional Looking Website Theme: Choose from one of our standard website themes, or combine elements of several themes to give your company a custom new modern look. View a list of our growing modern themes.
US Domain Name: Domain names ending in .US are only available to US Citizens or companies that have a business unit in the US. We can secure and purchase a doman name with .US ending, giving your company that US image that cannot be obtained by a company in China. We reserve your .US domain name for 5 years since this provides your company and website with a longer lasting image.
Unlimited Corporate Email Addresses (ex: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots。You need JavaScript enabled to view it。 ) If you are using free email services such as hotmail, yahoo, gmail etc, these give your company a very poor professional image. We can host your company email system and give you unlimited corporate email addresses.
Professional English Translation of up to 5 Corporate Pages: We can either work with your existing English translations, but in many cases we may not even be able to understand your original intent. So we prefer to have your original Chinese text, and we will have these translated by our native English and US based language experts. In many cases a word for word translation is never best, and certain phrases in Chinese may be better translated into different phrases in English based on US customs and culture. For instance the English phrase "high five" would never be translated into 高五 in Chinese!
Additional Pages: We can add as many additional pages as you wish. Each additional page can be professionaly translated and place on the site for a small fee per page.
SEO: Search Engine Submission (Google, Yahoo, Bing): Once your English website is hosted in the US, it then is possible to submit and have your English site pages listed in US search engine results. We will take care of the submission to major search engines for you.
Social: Google+, Facebook and Twitter accounts created: Since these sites are typically blocked in China, we will take care of creating company accounts for your, and maintain them with company information and product information. Included are also weekly updates to add activity to your accounts to improve search enging ranking. We also include Google+ and Facebook buttons to your site, along with a Twitter feed window on your home page.
US Based Phone Number: We will setup a US based phone number for your US based customers to call and leave a message. The voice greeting will be using a native English speaker, and voice messages will be directed to your email address. You then have the choice to answer and return the call. You can also use this system to return calls for free to the US using your computer speaker and microphone in China. So your return calls are made using the same US caller ID your customers use to reach you. This not only saves you the cost of making a long distance phone call, but also continues to give your company a local US based image.
Twitter Feed microApp: Included on your home page is a Twitter feed microApp. This bring your most recent twitter activity to your home page.
Detailed Site Activity Statistics: Included with the Entry Level Package, you will be able to log in and view detailed statistics of activity on your site. Information such as which part of the world people are viewing your site, how are people finding your site, what information are they viewing most, and much more!
Forum microApp: Included on your site is a forum microApp that can be configured and setup as you wish. This would be especially useful to provide product support to your customers.
Monthly Updates: Changes to your site are not only important to keep your customers informed, but to also improve your search engine results ranking. Included with the monthly fee are monthly updates to your site totalling about 2hrs worth of work. We provide several methods to allow for updates to your site. These include adding additoinal pages, adding twitter/facebook updates, adding information to your Forum microApp, or custom work. Addtional updates or hours can be purchased if you have many changes or additional information you would like to add to the site. Based on your request, a quote will be worked out for adding additionaly updates, and when agreed, we will complete the updates.
Direct Mail Marketing Announcing Your New Site: Included in the Entry Level setup fee is a limited direct mail marketing campaign to your existing customers announcing your new site, your new phone number and customer service options. This is an excellent opportunity to let your customers know you care and value them, and you are taking the extra step to provide the highest quality service to them.
