Complete Package
The Dragon Edge Complete Package includes all of the features and services of the Mid Level Package and includes the following additional features:
- US Based Virtual Office: We take care of your US based office operations by including US based call agents to handle day time phone calls, and follow up with customer requests as required. You supply us with your company information, product guides, etc and if customers call in asking for information, we provide your information using US based native English speakers. If there are questions we do not know or cannot handle, such as special pricing agreements, we will email and refer those calls to your customer support agents in China. You can then review the requirements and either return the customer calls using your US based phone number, or provide us with the follow up information and we will return the call for you.
- Web microCloud OrderTrack: This is a web based application that you and your customers can use to track orders.
- Mobile microCloud OrderTrack: Allows your customers to use their mobile devices to track their orders.
