• Purpose: LongDaGe.com is a free site for posting, sharing and searching for information in various countries around the world. Information may include, job, resume, classifieds, forum, and other types of information we make available. Our goal is to facility the free flow and searching of all types of information. • Warranty of Information : LongDaGe.com does not provide any warranty for any information posted by LongDaGe.com members. You agree not to hold LongDaGe.com responsible for any false information posted by LongDaGe.com members.
• System Up Time: While we will strive to maintain system up time as much as possible, there will be cases when our systems will be down. You agree to not hold LongDaGe.com liable for any such down time. If you find a particular ad that you feel violates these terms, you may flag the ad, and we will review it promptly.
• Inappropriate Listings: If you post inappropriate ads, or post to inappropriate locations or categories, we will have our team of reviewers review your ads. If they are in fact inappropriate, or are posted in wrong categories or locations, we will contact you and let you know the situation. If no action is taken within 24 hrs, we will send a second warning. If there is still no action and the behavior continues we will remove them from our systems. If you continue to post such ads, we will disable your account and you will no longer be able to continue to use LongDaGe.com for your postings.

If after repeated warnings, you continue to try to create new accounts and post inappropriate ads, we will disable your IP address.

• Spam Free: In order to keep the site free from Spam, you may post to more than one location using our unique Multiple Location Inventory (MLI) system. This is unique to LongDaGe.com and allows members to post a single listing, to all cities, province/states, or all countries. If you still feel the need to post 1000s of copies of the same listing to the site, we will remove them and disable your account. To make posting to more than one location easy, we even give you 1 free Inventory unit. Try it out, and request more if you really need them.
• Legality: All listings on LongDaGe.com must comply fully with all local and international laws. Failure to follow this term will result in your account being disabled, your listings removed, and your IP address sent to local law authorities.
• Suitability: We strive to make this a rated G site, for everyone. In order to do so, we will from time to time review listings placed on the site. If we find a listing or photo that we deed inappropriate, we will remove it from the site and let you know. If you continue to post offensive material, we will disable your account. If you have any questions if your listing or photo is appropriate you can ask yourself, would I want my own child to view this listing? If not, don't post it, and if you don't have a child, ask yourself if any child should be allowed to view your listing or photo. If still are not sure, you can always use the contact us form to ask if your listing will be appropriate.
• Personal Information: We do not ask for any personal information, other than your email address. You should never give out personal information, like your phone number to any site or person without being 100% certain what they will do with it. (Most corporations will ultimately sell your personal information, or if they claim they will not, ask what will happen if they are sold, bought out in a hostile take over, etc. No one can ever say we will never sell your personal information, so we avoid the issue and simply do not collect it.)
• Your Agreement: By creating an account, you agree to abide by these terms and and also agree to follow all local laws. Failure to do so, will result in your ads being removed, and your account disabled.
