Create An Account: Register your email address to create an account. An confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Simply click on the link to confirm your email address. Once this step is completed, you can already begin to post jobs for free!

Register Company Information: Log into your account and from your account page, click on the link to register your company details, (name, address phone number, etc). We collect this so we can confirm your employer status, and create your company account.

Post 1 Free Job Listing: To verify the type of position you're looking to fill, we require that you post at least 1 job.

Request Resume Product: Request access to the Dragon Exchange private resume database. This step is needed to help protect our job seekers, many of whom, may have requested that certain companies not be allowed to view their resume.

Once requested, we will review your company information and job posting. You will be notified in less than 24hrs with either a confirmation of your request, or more information if needed.
