We were looking to hire several people to handle our end of year accounting needs. We typically used craigslist for finding the right people, but found that they had changed their policy and were charging for job postings in the Austin Texas area.

We found the Dragon Exchange, also a local company to Austin and were glad to see they offers not only free job postings, but other services. We were able to find 3 people through the Dragon Exchange in the first week, and all of the people we needed within 2 weeks.

I posted my resume on Careerbuilder, Hotjobs and then here on the Dragon Exchange.

From the other two, I received canned responses saying they will get back to me if they need me. From The Dragon Exchange, I received a personal message back from the hiring person, and was at the interview before the end of the week.

The other sites might be bigger, but for me, the Dragon is better. The Dragon worked for me!
