Job Title: US Regional Internet Sales/Marketing Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking to expand our site’s use throughout the US and worldwide. We currently have over 3.5 million members worldwide, and over 60,000 companies in the US using our services, and we would like to double those numbers in the next year.

What we would like is to have representatives in each of the major cities in the US to help market and expand The Dragon Exchange use in those cities.

Activities would include:
- Signing up new employers to post jobs.
- Finding New Job Seekers
- Providing marketing input on ways to improve the site to attract more employers.

Currently, the fees we charge are
- Translations: Chinese -> English and English -> Chinese
- Multiple Location Inventory (allows people to post a single listing in more than one location)
- Dragon Cash (allows people to bid to have their listings appear at the top of search results)
- And for employers who want to purchase the Resume Search and Priority Job posting package.

Qualifications:

• Interest in Internet Sales and Marketing
• Creative, looking for someone with some creative ways to increase the Dragon Exchange market in your region.

Compensation:

Based on experience.
