After you have downloaded your copy of the Pinyin translator, and have evaluated it, you will be required to purchase it to use it for more than 10 translations.

Below are the two versions you may purchase based on the characters you wish to be able to translate:

You can upgrade from the Simplified version to the Traditional version, the cost is only $10. Contact us at PinYin@LongDaGe.com  about how to upgrade. You will be given a different key to upgrade from the Simplified to the Traditional.

Once your order has been received, we will send you a confirmation email from Support@LongDaGe.com to let you know that your order has been received. Please be sure that your email account is able to accept email from Support@LongDaGe.com

Once Paypal has confirmed the transaction, we will send an email with your unlock code. Simply follow the instructions you receive in the email, and you will be able to use the Pinyin translator an unlimited number of times for the given Character support that you have purchased. Not need to download anything else!

• We can only accept paypal payments at this time.
• When paying with paypal, you do not need to be a paypal member, all you need is a valid credit card and email address.
• You my pay via eCheck using Paypal. For this you only need a valid US bank account with sufficient funds. We will receive a notification of your payment, but we will not be able to send to you your activation code, until Paypal has notified us that your eCheck payment has completed.
• After payment is received, you will receive update notices via email of any future enhancements or bug fixes.
• Upgrades will work with your existing Key.
• If your Key is lost, you can send an email to PinYin@LongDaGe.com  to receive a copy of the key.
